Marketing is Not Just Selling, But Giving When Customers are Least Expecting
Lows are as much a part of our lives as the
high tides, both make us grow strong and learn a thing or two. It’s human
nature to seek comfort when we are down or have a need, but, it’s a bitter fact
that you will find only a handful willing to help if you just contact them in distress.
Same applies in marketing. If you always bother
to connect with your customers when you want something out of them, they will
start ignoring you. No one wants likes the feeling of being used and approached
only when in need. So, if you are used to just sending marketing and sales
emails, it’s time to change your approach. Wish them on their birthdays,
anniversaries, send them informative & DIY articles, give discounts, ask
for their feedback, tell them that you value their association, ask them what
they would want to hear from you.
Share goodness with your clients, and they will
remember you in need!
Remember:
There is no market for your sorrows in this world,
So, don’t advertise them.
Rather, try sharing your happiness with others,
You may be amazed by the number of takers!

Start Small and Gain Big From Your Pilot Projects
Life is not a race, it's a marathon. Start small, but, keep striving, till you reach your goal.
This rule not only works in life, but, also in marketing and analytics.
Starting something new is risky, there are chances of failure, but, even more opportunities to learn from those setbacks.
Long-term plans don't work in today's volatile market. Take current post-Covid market, none of the pre-Covid 19 plans we made can work in the current scenario. Therefore, focus on short-term plans. Once you get enough data to analyze the outcome of your short-term plan, create another short-term milestone, and so in.
Start your pilot project with the motive to learn and create short-term goals and milestones. You may fail at times, face many unknown unknowns, but, eventually your efforts will pay off.
Love and Live,
